1. Reset
Resetting the sensor will delete all data on the device. There will then no longer be a connection between your sensor and the PureLife Cloud.
As long as provisioning the sensor with our PureLife Care Mobile is not yet supported, we strongly advise against this procedure.
When should I reset the sensor?
- If the sensor is already connected to a cloud and you want to change the cloud.
- If you want to connect the sensor to a different Wi-Fi network (SSID).
How do I reset the sensor?
- Connect the sensor to power.
- Wait approximately 30 seconds for the sensor to start up.
- Press the button on the top of the sensor for 10 to 20 seconds.
- Wait until the LED flashes.
The sensor has now been reset to factory settings.
