1. Reset

Resetting the sensor will delete all data on the device. There will then no longer be a connection between your sensor and the PureLife Cloud.

As long as provisioning the sensor with our PureLife Care Mobile is not yet supported, we strongly advise against this procedure.

When should I reset the sensor?

  • If the sensor is already connected to a cloud and the cloud needs to be changed.

How do I reset the sensor?

  1. Connect the sensor to the power supply
  2. Wait about 30 seconds until the sensor has started
  3. Press the button on the top of the sensor for 40 to 60 seconds
  4. Wait until the LED flashes
  5. Important: Then disconnect the power supply for 5 seconds and reconnect the sensor
  6. The sensor is now reset to factory settings.
