NOVA-C Connection bug

This behavior is known and affects the PureLife NOVA-C app for all instances. We are already in contact with R&D and expect the bug to be fixed in late summer/autumn 2025.
Description of the problem
After provisioning, the message Device registered successfull
appears, but the sensor is not displayed in the PureLife Cloud. The problem here is that the app assumes that the sensor can always establish a connection to the PureLife Cloud and does not check this. If the sensor cannot establish a connection to the PureLife Cloud, the positive message is still displayed.
Temporary solution
The network configuration and firewall activation should be checked to ensure that the sensors can establish a connection to the PureLife Cloud on port 1060 (PureLife Hosted) or port 1061 (Self-Hosted).
