Which firewall permissions are required to operate the mobile app?

The following access to the Internet or to the PureLife Cloud instance is necessary.

  • HTTPS / tcp 443 to the PureLife Cloud instance
    • if our service is used, it is the DNS name: vayyar-cloud.smart-altern.de
Transfer failed - What should I do?

When provisioning the NOVA-C sensor with the PureLife Care app, the message Transfer failed may appear. However, the provisioning is successful and the sensor is connected to Wi-Fi and the cloud. In this case, the message can be ignored.

Why am I repeatedly logged out?

Repeated logouts can occur when changing servers. A message appears stating Session is expired or invalid. This behavior can be resolved by clearing the app data.
