Permissions

This chapter is intended for customers and partners with their own instance of the PureLife Cloud software.

A user can be assigned different permissions. Depending on which tasks are to be completed and functions are to be fulfilled, different authorizations are required.

Type

Description

Administrator

An administrator may do anything! This permission is above all other permissions.

Allows to change the configuration of the customer (location and customer contact mail address), create a customer webhook or set a MQTT hook.

Manage users

Users can edit, delete and create other users. Administrator accounts are excluded. Permissions can only be set by administrators.

Manage bots

The user can create, edit and delete customer bots. He can also configure all functions (GRPC, webhooks, etc.).

Sensor management

The user can customize the basic sensor configuration, create and edit notes and sensor groups.

Advanced sensor configuration

The user can edit the advanced sensor configuration.

Edit sensor area

Allows you to edit the sensor room layout and regions.

Manage rules

The user can create, edit and delete rules.

Advanced rule management

The user can create and edit rules for rarely used sensor events.

View audits

The user can view customer audits.

Show fall overview

The user can see the fall overview.
