Version 3.6.0 is here. New rules, tilt angle, save interval, fixes
New rules for the NOVA-C sensor
This version includes eight additional rules that can be applied to the NOVA-C sensor. Thanks to the sensor's ability to detect sitting up in bed and sitting on the floor, these events can now be evaluated and a notification sent.
Additionally, there is now a note indicating which sensor a rule can be applied to.

Warning status added to NOVA-C sensor tilt angle
As soon as the NOVA-C sensor tilt angle deviates by +1° from the manufacturer's specified tolerance, it is displayed as a warning (yellow) and no longer as an error (red). For larger deviations, it is displayed as an error (red).
The tilt angle deviation is now displayed based on the ideal/target value and no longer based on the tolerance value.
Search function for sensors
There is now a search function for sensors in the left sidebar of the dashboard. This should make it easier to navigate to the relevant sensor. The search takes into account the sensor's name and device ID and also displays search results in collapsed groups.

Keyboard Shortcuts
This version adds keyboard shortcuts that should be especially useful for active users.
Ctrl + S
andCtrl + Enter
to save formsAlt + R
to reload data if there is a Refresh buttonDelete
to delete
A help dialog has been added for the available keyboard shortcuts. Open sidebar panels (such as "Add User") can also be closed with ESC
.
Fixes
- Fix: For the NOVA-C sensor, only those events that are actually saved in the database are now sent via webhook.
Important note for webhook users
This fix is not a breaking change, but rather corrects an incorrect behavior. Since the NOVA-C sensor now only sends events via webhook that are also saved in the database, the behavior of existing integrations may change.
Systems that previously responded to unsaved events should be adjusted if necessary.
- Fix: NOVA-C – Reboot loop when alarm times are specified outside of increments of 10.
- Fix (Security): NOVA-C – The password when setting the MQTT hook is saved and displayed in plain text.
- Fix: When stopping the PureLife Cloud, an error message from the NOVA-C server is logged.
- Fix: Fixed an error when displaying UI elements on the smartphone.
- Fix: Vital signs charts jump between events.
- Fix: Incorrect error log message due to fall events.
- Fix: Room validation reports errors even though the values are correct.
For our self-hosted customers
Storage interval for NOVA-C events
This version introduces additional parameters for defining the storage interval for presence events and real-time vital signs. These intervals are set for each sensor in the hazardous area.
Caution: Storing all events may result in high system load.

Announcement banner expanded
An additional type for "success" is now available in the announcement banner. This displays the banner in green and can be used when an error situation has been resolved.

Saving the Admin Configuration
The configuration in the admin menu is now saved using a Save button to standardize the operating concept within the PureLife Cloud.
Miscellaneous
- The web server now allows the use of unencrypted HTTP/2 if a client explicitly requests it.
- The timeout for deleting webhook logs has been increased.
- The NOVA-C server checks whether a valid registration has been made before communicating with the sensor.
- A notification is sent after a successful cloud software update, which contains a link to the release information.
